DEEG POND BOARD has approved the request to have a multiple family Garage Sale Event. I have
accepted the board's requirement to be the point person to address any question.

The dates are set for Thursday May 15, Friday May 16 and Saturday May 17.
All Deeg Pond residents can participate on any/or all of these days by setting up their sale in
their garage/driveway. Please be mindful of your neighbor's driveway if they are not participating.
The hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm for these 3 days. Please do not open earlier than 8:00am or stay
open later than 6:00pm.
I would love some help making signs to post along McAndrews road regarding the sale, so if you are
the creative type, email or text me. I have also agreed to remove the signs after 6pm on Saturday
May 17.
I would appreciate an email letting me know if you intend to, or think you will participate in the
multi family garage sale. (this is not required, but would be nice!)

Deeg Pond Towing now in effect.
Dear Owners,
Because it took longer for the towing signs to arrive at captains towing for our association this
was put off - they have arrived and will be installed by the end of week.
Towing goes into effect Monday 11/4/2024. Please remember no expired tabs, no broken-down vehicles
not running and be sure to email the office@premieram.com if you need a guest exception overnight
in guest parking. They are able to review who owns the car so owners in guest parking will be
towed.
The Board has voted to proceed with a new vendor (Captains Towing) for street surveillance and
towing. The following is a notice beginning October 1st, 2024, the following will take place in
your association. There will be drive throughs every day and overnight to tow vehicles not following
the following guidelines. This will be at the owners’ expense to recover your vehicle from impound.
The new signs will be up by the end of the week.
There are two areas of guest parking that can be used by guests only and those signs are installed.
There is one area where a no parking sign will go up because it is used for backing out of a
driveway not a guest parking area.
A. No vehicle belonging to an owner, occupant, or their guest shall be parked in such a manner as
to impede or prevent ready access to any road, driveway, mailbox, or other parking spaces.
B. No motor vehicle shall be parked on any part of the Common Elements, other than on a driveway
and guest parking, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. YOU WILL BE TOWED
C. No motor vehicle may be parked directly across the street from another motor vehicle.
Parking on both sides of the street is prohibited.
D. No motor vehicle shall be parked at any time along the berm of McAndrews Road East.
We thank everyone for your cooperation with this new process.
We are trying to give plenty of notice to be sure your garages and driveways
can be used for vehicles and not storage.
