Deeg Pond Association Emergency Contact List
Detailed below is a list of appropriate points of contact that may be needed by our Residents from time to time along with specific directives for certain circumstances. If there is a need to let the office know of a situation or circumstance you can use the Contact Page of the website to get in touch with us. You may want to print this list and keep a copy handy.
In any event of an emergency, call 911!
For any non-emergency issues such as noise issues (neighbors, people, vehicles, equipment, etc.) you can contact the Burnsville Police Department at 952-895-4600. Also, report the issue(s) to the Premier Association Management Office so there will be a documented record.
If there is a vehicle blocking access to your unit, call the police to report and notify the Premier Association Management Office.
Any issues/concerns regarding parking within the community - call the Premier Association Management Office and leave message with details.
Emergency Directive:
In the event of the following events, please call the Premier Association Management office at 952-683-9400 for the following:
Fire - Call 911 IMMEDIATELY then call the Premier Association Management office.
Flood or Water Intrusion
Damage, such as from storms, that has caused major structural issues or intrusion of any kind.
Major Roof Leaks
Always Remember: If you smell gas - LEAVE the home IMMEDIATELY and call 911!
For other non-emergency issues:
No electricity - Call your electricity service provider.
Dakota Electric Customer Service: 1-800-874-3409
24 Hour Outage & Emergency: 1-800-430-9722
No natural gas - Call your gas company.
CenterPoint Energy Customer Service: 800-245-2377
To Report a Gas Leak: 800-296-9815 after you have left the home and called 911.
No water - Call the City of Burnsville Utilities Department
Emergency Number: 952-895-4550 (M-F, 7:00am-3:30pm) or call 911 outside normal hours.
Other Issues
Plumbing and/or Sewer issues such as a back-up - Call the Plumber of your choice.
Issues with contractors (IE - plow/mowing/shoveling/trimming etc.) please let the Premier Association Management Office know and provide details of the situation.
Minor storm damage: siding blew off or shingle damage - leave message at Premier Association Management office with details and crews will be dispatched after responding to all emergency situations first.
Roof Leaks - (minor) call the Premier Association Management Office and leave message with details at 952-683-9400.
Pest control issues of any kind - call an exterminator. This includes ants, mice, box elders, bats, squirrels and all other pests. If you notice issues with the lawn, trees and shrubs that you believe to be related to pests, fungus or bugs please promptly email the Premier Association Management office.
For the disposal/recycling of hazardous materials or disposal/recycling of other household items - Call the City of Burnsville at 952-895-4511
